Frequently asked
Do I need an account?
Not to send to someone nearby, or to open a link or join a room. You need a free account to upload files to the cloud and create rooms, so you can manage them later.
How big can files be?
Up to 4 GB each on the Free plan and up to 50 GB on paid plans. Nearby sharing has no size limit.
Can you see my files?
Nearby transfers never touch our storage. Uploaded files are stored so the people you share them with can download them. We don't look through them, sell them or use them for anything else.
What happens when a link expires?
The file is deleted from our servers and the link stops working. On paid plans you can keep files until you delete them yourself.
